Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period — no questions asked.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase if you're a new subscriber. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, so we recommend canceling before your renewal date if you wish to stop.
What happens if I exceed the free plan limits?
On the Free plan, you can create up to 3 virtual tours. If you need more, you can upgrade to Pro for unlimited tours. Your existing tours will never be deleted if you stay on the Free plan.
Do I need a credit card for the Free plan?
No. The Free plan requires no credit card and no payment information. Just sign up with your email and start creating tours immediately.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. You can switch between billing cycles at any time. If you switch from monthly to yearly, you'll immediately start saving 20%. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
Can I embed tours on my own website?
Yes! Every tour generates a unique embed code that you can place inside an iframe on any website. On the Pro plan, you can remove Oomos branding for a fully white-label experience.
